Cyrus Monroe Carmack-Belton — Rick Chow found not guilty of murder. After more than eight hours of deliberation, the jury returned a unanimous verdict. Cyrus's family was in the courtroom when the verdict was read. Chow will be released.

Berry Le'Mar Henderson — Formal charges filed today. Patrick Randall Perry, the fourth suspect, was charged with murder in a court hearing this afternoon. Prosecutors say Perry stabbed Berry after Berry defended himself from Perry's dog. Perry was allegedly out on bail for a prior assault charge at the time of the killing. All four suspects are now formally charged. Three — Garcia, Hernandez, and Fuller — are due for arraignment June 24. Perry's arraignment status was not immediately clear.
